All Electron is started by high voltage consultants, wanting to support the energy transition. We are committed to protect the privacy of individuals that visit the website (https://www.allelectron.com) and the training environment.
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies, preference cookies and analytic cookies. No ad targeting cookies are used. The cookies mainly support the basic functions. For analytics we make use of Google Analytics-cookies. The settings of Google Analytics are strictly in line with the Dutch manual from the Personal Data Authority (‘Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens‘) describing how to use the functions in a privacy-friendly way.
The following settings are applicable:
- The controller-controller data protection terms for data sharing (‘Bewerkingsovereenkomst‘) is accepted.
- IP addresses are anonymized (by removing the last octet) with the use of added code in the header tag.
- Reporting is done based on ‘Device‘ and not on ‘User-ID‘
- Google signals data collection is not activated.
- Advanced settings to allow for ads personalization is switched off (for all regions)
- User data collection is not acknowledged
- Google Fonts are stored locally
- No other services of Google are used in combination with Google Analytics cookies
The functional cookies used are for the following:
- If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
- When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

With this we apply a strict cookie policy and actually don’t need a cookie banner. Since we value privacy a lot, we still make use of a cookie banner that informs visitors. For more information refer to the Proof of consent.

Who we share data with
If you buy an e-learning from our website:
- your personal data, plus information about your purchases, will be stored in our website database for registration and tax purposes, for as long as is necessary by governing law.
- your personal data will be handled for payment by Mollie. They offer professional services, in line with governing law. For more information we advise you to look at the user agreement and privacy statement on their website.
- your email address, name and family name will be shared with the e-learning platform (Pluvo.co) for registration and to grant you access. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email sent to you.
- the coupling between the webshop and the learning platform is handled by Zapier. They work with your email address, name, family name and products bought.
The website makes use of Google Analytics to view statistics, however in an anonymized way. A detailed description can be found under cookies.
How long we retain your data
When you register on our website, we store the personal information provided in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except that you cannot change your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments are switched off at the moment. If active in the future, the comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. After payment, your name and email address are shared with the learning platform Pluvo via Zapier. This way your account at Pluvo is automatically created. Payment is done using Mollie services. All details that you provide for payment is handled by Mollie directly.
No additional services are used and data is not shared with other parties then mentioned in the text above.
