VES / Schlumberger multilayer analysis
This tool lets you estimate the soil characteristics based on measurements that are performed using the Schlumberger measurement method. Load your measurement data (e.g. copy from excel) and use the fitting routine to fnd appropriate layer information.
During the loading of the data a check is performed on double measurement points, as can be typical for Schlumberger measurements. Also an estimation of the amount of layers is made. Please adjust the amount of layers if deemed necessary. Use the buttons ‘fit’ and ‘refine’ to estimate the layer characteristics. A more extensive ‘refine’ routine can be used by setting a higher number (under the graph).
Use the save option to export the relevant data to a JSON file. You can load that file at a later point in the tool again (it loads the measurement data and layer data).
